Sudoku Puzzles to Print — 12 Free Print-Outs

Twelve free Sudoku puzzles to print, laid out three to a level: easy, medium, hard and expert. Print the whole set in one go and you have a week of paper puzzles — every print-out is a full 9×9 grid with one unique solution, and all twelve solutions are on the last pages. There is nothing to download, no PDF reader, and no sign-up.

Prints two puzzles across on Letter or A4. Use Ctrl+P / ⌘+P if the button doesn't open your print dialog. To print one level only, use the page range in your print dialog.

How to Print These Sudoku Puzzles

  1. Press the print button above, or use Ctrl+P on Windows and Linux or ⌘+P on macOS.
  2. Check the preview. You should see two grids per page, with the header, navigation and tips removed automatically.
  3. Print at 100%. Avoid "Shrink to Fit" if your browser distorts the cells; the grids are already sized for both paper standards.
  4. Pick a page range if you only want one difficulty, or if you want to keep the solution pages back.
  5. Turn off background graphics to save ink. The grids are drawn with borders rather than fills, so they stay crisp in black and white.

Dark mode is ignored when printing — the site always switches to a light theme for paper.

Printing for a mixed group? The easy and medium sheets work best — almost everyone makes real progress without getting stuck, which is what keeps a puzzle handout enjoyable.
